Purchasing Puppies?

At the time pictures are posted of puppies, their prices will be displayed. We breed the standard AKC Schnauzer colors i.e., Black, Black & Silver, Salt & Pepper. On occasion we will breed for puppies of the more infrequent colors i.e. white, chocolate, liver, silver, and parti-colored patterns. These puppies are higher and will be priced accordingly.

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to hold a puppy until the age of 8 weeks old. At this time the puppy is ready to go. The total balance of puppy price is to be paid in full when the puppy reaches 7 weeks old.

You will be sent notification of the dates for picking up the puppy. We allow you the week (7 days) between the ages of 8-9 weeks to pick up your new puppy. If you have not picked up your puppy by the age of 9 weeks and/or have not made prior arrangements with us, you will be charged an Extended Care fee of $5.00 a day until you pick up the puppy.

Payment Options

We accept bank issued cashier’s checks or postal money orders. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept personal checks. Please note that if paying by check there will be a hold placed on the puppy until the funds have cleared. We also accept credit card payment via PayPal.  Please note if paying by PayPal please add 3% for service charges.

Why Are You So Expensive?

Our prices have nothing to do with the “competition.” We offer quality, AKC registered puppies, with that said, our prices are not based on the quality alone. There are a lot of behind the scene costs that you don’t see. In addition to care and maintenance of the dogs, we spend hours socializing, training and grooming the puppies. We implement both the BioSensory and Avidog programs with our puppies. The hours we spend with you puppy is reflected in a sound, stable personality and that is priceless.

(NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $300.00, TO PLACE A PUPPY ON HOLD, WHICH ALSO GOES TOWARDS THE OVERALL PRICE. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE DEPOSIT WE WILL REMOVE THIS PUPPY FROM THOSE AVAILABLE. PLEASE ENSURE, BEFORE PLACING A DEPOSIT, THAT YOU AND/OR FAMILY ARE COMMITTED AND THIS IS THE PUPPY FOR YOU.

WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SELL A PUPPY TO ANYONE THAT WE DON’T FEEL IS A PERFECT FIT FOR OUR PUPPIES.

WE FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PUT THE NEEDS OF THESE PRECIOUS PUPPIES FIRST AND SO NOT ONLY DO WE WANT OUR FUTURE FAMILIES TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE DECISION THEY HAVE MADE BUT THAT EACH OF OUR PUPPIES FEELS COMPLETELY HAPPY AND LOVED WITH THE FAMILY WHO HAS CHOSEN TO SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIVES WITH THEM.)

*** NOTE Shipping: We will accompany your puppy to the nearest airport within the United States, Montreal and Toronto, Canada, for an additional fee of $350.00. (If new owner is having the puppy shipped the entire amount due, must be paid & received 7 days before the flight. This allows us time in which to go and purchase all the supplies the puppy will need for their flight.) ***
